The French Tarte (Surbiton)

The daughters of the famous, award-winning 'The French Table' restaurant (Surbiton), the two cafes do not let standards drop.  Both named 'The French Tarte', the TFT acronym can be used throughout.
Accessibility is supreme. A ramp is required for wheelchair entry, which is available. The Surbiton cafe is one of the two independent coffee shops reviewed here, with an accessible toilet. Thank you.

As expected, food is phenomenal. Accompanying coffee is warm, soft and is very easy to drink! One may think that, as all food is incredible, then the coffee would 'let the side down'. It would be very harsh to say such. In fact the coffee is a good, quality drink, sufficing alone (without the food).

I have forever been a lover of this place (since moving nearby, in Surbiton, in 2010). I am pleased to confirm that in no way have standards dropped at all, from their supremely high standards when I discovered it!
